MANUFACTURER OF ACRYLIC RESIN WHIRLPOOLS.

The acrylic resin shell is guaranteed against any material and manufacturing defect for one twenty- year period from the date of purchase. The hydro-massage system and the therapeutic system are guaranteed for one five-year period starting as of the date of purchase. The shower beams are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for one ten-year period starting as of the date of purchase.

In the case where the present guarantee needs to be applied, SHERLIC Inc will decide if the product is to be replaced or repaired. All initial claims must be made at the original point of sale, which, in turn, will contact SHERLIC Inc.

EXCEPTIONS :
The guarantee does not apply to faulty operation, breakage or damage resulting from the following causes: The soaking of or use of a carpet in the bath for a prolonged period of time. fault, negligence, abuse, misuse, alteration or modification of the product by the user, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, fire or any other fortuitous occurrences or acts of God.

The guarantee does not apply to equipment or units that were not installed or connected according to the manufacturer’s instructions and in accordance with the rules, codes and laws in force governing such work.Also, it does not apply if the plumbing accessories are not chosen, installed or connected in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the rules, codes and laws in effect.

MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION GUIDE

SHERLIC bathtubs are equipped with a high-quality finish and one must protect them during handling.It is up to the receiver to warn the transporter of any damage caused during transportation. Missing parts must carefully be indicated upon reception of goods. The ultrabrilliant surface resists shock and, with good care and maintenance, its gloss will be preserved.

DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING PRODUCTS, METAL SCRAPERS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD SCRATCH OR MATTE SURFACES
• At the time of the reception you must verify and ensure that the unit is not damaged.
• Bring the unit into the room before commencing work. Dismantle sectional parts if need be.
• If a plastic film protects your bath/shower, do not remove it until work is completed.
